＊ジョン・ル・カレ（John le Carré）英国のスパイ小説作家。本名デイヴィッド･コーンウェル。1950年代後半から60年代初頭まで英国の諜報機関MI5、MI6に勤務した経験を活かし冷戦を題材とした作品を発表。代表作『寒い国から帰ってきたスパイ』『ナイロビの蜂』ほか。番組中、イラク戦争を米国と始めたブレア元英国首相を厳しく批判している。
